In May 2023, we received an inquiry for a bridge crane from a customer in Burkina Faso. With our professional service, the customer finally chose us as a supplier.
This customer is an influential contractor in West Africa, and they are looking for a suitable crane solution for an equipment maintenance workshop in a gold mine. We recommended the SNHD single-beam bridge crane to the customer, which meets FEM and ISO standards and is well received by many customers. The customer is very satisfied with our solution, and the solution quickly passed the end-user’s review.
However, due to the coup in Burkina Faso, economic development was temporarily stagnant, and the project was shelved for a while. Despite this, our attention to the project has never diminished. During this period, we continued to keep in touch with the customer, share the company’s dynamics, and regularly send information about the product features of the SNHD single girder bridge crane. As the economy of Burkina Faso recovered, the customer finally decided to place an order with us.
