Based on the general content of the email, we speculate that the customer needs a single-girder overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 10t and a span of 20m.
Then we contacted the customer through the contact information left by the customer and communicated with the customer in detail about the customer’s needs. The customer said that what he needed was a single-girder bridge crane with a lifting capacity of 8t, a lifting height of 10m, and a span of 20m, combined with the information provided by the customer. Drawing: We asked the customer if he needed us to provide the track for the crane. The customer said he needed us to provide the track. The track length is 100m. Therefore, based on the information provided by the customer, we quickly provided the customer with the product quotation and drawings he needed.
After the customer read our first quotation, he was very satisfied with our quotation plan and drawings, but he needed us to give him some discounts. At the same time, we learned that the customer is a company that makes steel structures. We also promised to reach long-term cooperation with us in the later period, so we hoped that we could give them some discounts. In order to show our sincerity in cooperating with customers, we agreed to give them some discounts and sent our final quotation to them.
After reading it, the customer said that their boss would contact me. The next day, their boss took the initiative to contact us and asked us to send them our bank information. They wanted to pay. On December 8, the customer sent us that they had Bank statement for payment. At present, the customer’s product has been shipped and put into use. Customers have also given us good feedback.
