In April 2023, Henan Seven Industry Co., Ltd. delivered a 3-ton electric wire rope hoist to a customer in the Philippines. CD type wire rope hoist is a small lifting equipment with compact structure, simple operation, stability and safety. It can lift and move heavy objects very easily through handle control.
This customer is a steel structure welding and manufacturer in Mongolia. He needs to use this hoist to install on his bridge crane to transport some metal parts in the warehouse. Because the previous customer’s hoist was broken, although the maintenance staff told him that it could still be repaired, it had been used for a long time. The customer was worried about safety risks and decided to purchase a new one. The customer sent us photos of his warehouse and bridge machine, and also sent us a cross-sectional view of the bridge machine. Hopefully we can have a hoist available soon. After viewing our quotation, product pictures and videos, you can be very satisfied and place an order. Because the production cycle of this product is relatively short, although the customer was told that the delivery time was 7 working days, we completed the production and packaging and delivered it to the customer in 5 working days.
After receiving the hoist, the customer installed it on the bridge machine for trial operation. In the end, he felt that our hoist was very suitable for his bridge machine. They also sent us a video of their test run. Now this electric hoist is still running well in the customer’s warehouse. The customer said that he would choose our company for cooperation if there is a need in the future.
