QD double girder overhead crane was successfully shipped to Peru last week.
We have a customer from Peru needs QD double girder overhead crane with the capacity of 20t , lifting height 12m and span 20m for their new factory. We received their enquiry one year ago and kept in touch with the purchasing manager and their engineer and during this period.
In order to provide the suitable overhead crane, we asked customer to provide the drawing and photos of the factory so that we could design the overhead crane and steel structure accordingly. Besides, we also confirm the working time with the customer, and were aware of the crane will be used heavily with full loaded. So we suggest QD type single girder overhead crane which with winch trolley as the lifting device and high working class.
Then we provided the design proposal, and talked every details with the customer, after they finish the building part, they placed the order. Now QD double girder overhead crane was successfully shipped to Peru, customer will work on the customs clearance and arrange the installation as soon as possible.
