We recently received a feedback video from a Russian customer about a double-girder bridge crane. After a series of audits such as our company’s supplier qualifications, on-site factory visits, and checking relevant certificates, this customer met us at the CTT exhibition in Russia and finally decided to place an order with us to purchase two European type double girder overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 30 tons for their factory in Magnitogorsk. Throughout the process, we have been following up on the customer’s receipt of the goods, and provided online guidance during the installation, and sent installation manuals and video support. At present, the two bridge cranes have been successfully installed and put into use smoothly. Our bridge crane equipment ensures the stability and safety of the lifting and handling operations in the customer’s workshop, and the customer highly evaluates the quality and service of our products.
At present, the customer has also sent us new inquiries for products such as gantry cranes and hanging beams, and the two parties are discussing in detail. The gantry crane will be used for the customer’s outdoor handling operations, and the hanging beam will be used in conjunction with the double-girder bridge crane purchased by the customer. We believe that in the near future, the customer will place an order with us again.
