Recently, SEVENCRANE completed an order for four electromagnetic chucks and matching plugs with a Russian customer. The customer has arranged for door-to-door pickup. We believe that the customer will receive the goods and put them into use soon.
We started to contact customers in 2022, and customers said they needed electromagnets to replace existing products in the current factory. Because they previously used matching hooks and electromagnets made in Germany, they plan to purchase hooks and electromagnets from China at the same time to replace the current configuration. The customer sent us the drawings of the hooks they planned to purchase. Then, we provided detailed drawings of the electromagnetic chuck based on the drawings and parameters. The customer was satisfied with our solution, but said that it was not yet time to purchase. One year later, the customer informed our company that they decided to purchase. Because they were worried about the delivery time, they sent engineers to our factory to visit and confirm the contract. At the same time, the customer wanted us to purchase German-made aviation plugs on their behalf. After we finalized the contract with the customer, we quickly received the customer’s advance payment. After 50 days of production, the product has been completed and two of the electromagnets have been delivered to the customer.
