This customer is a UK-based intermediary service company with global business. Initially, we contacted colleagues at the customer’s UK headquarters, and the customer subsequently transferred our contact information to the actual purchaser. After confirming the product parameters and drawings by email, the customer finally decided to purchase a 5t-5m-5m pillar jib crane.
After reviewing our ISO and CE certificates, product warranty, customer feedback and bank receipts, the customer recognized our products and company strength. However, the customer encountered some problems during transportation: how to put this 6.1-meter-long jib crane into a 40-foot container with a length of 6 meters. For this reason, the customer’s freight forwarding company suggested preparing a wooden pallet in advance to fix the angle of the equipment to ensure that it can be put into the container.
After evaluation, our technical team proposed a simpler solution: designing the matching hoist as a low-headroom hoist, which can not only meet the lifting height, but also reduce the overall height of the equipment so that it can be smoothly loaded into the container. The customer adopted our suggestion and expressed great satisfaction.
A week later, the customer paid the advance payment and we started production immediately. After 15 working days, the equipment was successfully produced and delivered to the customer’s freight forwarder for pickup. After 20 days, the customer received the equipment and said that the product quality exceeded expectations and looked forward to further cooperation.
