He needed to hang two chain hoists. The lifting weight is 5t and the lifting height is 25m. At that time, the customer purchased the steel door operator to hoist the elevator.
On January 2, 2024, SEVENCRANE received an email from this customer again, saying that he needed two more chain hoists with a lifting capacity of 5t and a height of 25m. Our sales staff asked the customer if he wanted to replace the two previous chain hoists. The customer replied that he wanted to use them together with the previous two units, so he hoped that we could quote him the same product as before. Moreover, these hoists must be able to be used interchangeably or together at the same time, and some additional product accessories are also required. After we understand the customer’s needs clearly, we immediately provide the customer with a corresponding quotation according to the customer’s needs.
After reading our quotation, the customer expressed satisfaction because he had purchased our products before and was very satisfied with the quality of our products and after-sales service. Therefore, the customer was more assured of our products and only explained some things that we need to put on the nameplate. In the comments, we can write according to his needs, and we can send him our bank account. The customer paid the full amount after we sent the bank account. After we received the payment, we started production on January 17, 2024. Now the production is completed and ready to be packed and shipped.
