In early October last year, we received an inquiry from Alibaba in the United Arab Emirates and then contacted the customer via email to inquire about the overhead crane parameters. The customer replied with an email requesting a quotation for steel gantry cranes and European style single beam bridge cranes. They then made a choice and learned through gradual communication in the email that the customer was the person in charge of the UAE headquarters office established in China. They then submitted a quotation according to the customer’s requirements.
After the price was quoted, the customer was more inclined towards European style single beam bridge machines, so they quoted a complete set of European style single beam bridge machines according to the customer’s requirements. The customer checked the price and made some adjustments to the accessories based on their own factory situation, ultimately determining the product they needed.
During this period, we also responded to customer technical questions, allowing them to have a detailed understanding of the product. After the product was confirmed, the customer was concerned about installation issues and sent the installation video and manual of the European style single beam bridge crane. If the customer had any questions, they patiently answered them. The customer’s biggest concern was whether the bridge crane could adapt to their factory. After receiving the customer’s factory drawings, they requested our technical department to combine the bridge crane drawings with the factory drawings to dispel their doubts.
Regarding technical and drawing issues, we communicated back and forth with the customer for a month and a half. When the customer received a positive response that the bridge crane we provided was fully compatible with their factory, they quickly established us in their supplier system and ultimately won the customer’s order
