In early October last year, we received an inquiry from the UAE. After email communication, we learned that the customer needed to quote steel gantry cranes and European single girder overhead cranes. The customer revealed in the email that they were the head of the office set up by the UAE head office in China. According to the customer’s request, we submitted a quotation. The customer showed greater interest in the European single girder overhead crane, so we provided a complete quotation for the European single girder overhead crane. After checking the quotation, the customer adjusted the accessories requirements according to the actual situation of the factory and finally determined the required products.
During this process, we answered the customer’s technical questions and sent the installation video and manual of the European single girder overhead crane. The customer was most worried about whether the bridge crane could adapt to its factory. After receiving the customer’s factory drawings, our technical department combined the bridge crane drawings with the factory drawings to eliminate the customer’s doubts. After one and a half months of detailed communication, the customer confirmed that the bridge crane was fully adapted to its factory, included us in its supplier system, and finally placed an order.
