On September 6, 2022, I received an inquiry from a customer who said he wanted an overhead crane.
After receiving the customer's inquiry, I quickly contacted the customer to confirm the product parameters he needed. Then the customer confirmed that the required bridge crane has a lifting capacity of 5t, a lifting height of 40m and a span of 40m. In addition, the customer said that they can manufacture the main girder by themselves. And hoped that we can provide all products except the main girder.
After understanding the needs of customers, we asked the customer's usage scenario. Because the height is higher than that of ordinary circumstances, we feel that customers' usage scenarios are relatively special. Later, it was confirmed that the customer wanted to use it in mines, not in their factory.
After knowing the customer's usage scenario and purpose, we sent the customer a suitable plan and quotation. The customer replied that he would reply after reading our quotation.
Two days later, I sent a message to the customer asking if the customer has seen our quotation. And asked him if he has any questions about our quotation and plan. If there is any problem, you can tell me at any time, and we can solve it immediately. The customer said that they have seen our quotation and it is within their budget. So they were ready to start purchasing, let us send him our bank information so that the customer can pay us.
And the customer asked us to change the product quantity on the PI. He wanted five sets of crane kits instead of only one. According to the customer's request, we sent the corresponding product quotation and PI with our bank information. The next day, the customer service paid us the advance payment, and then we started the production of crane.
