Gantry structure: The container gantry crane usually adopts box-type gantry, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, high stability and strong wind resistance. In order to adapt to the operation requirements of different sites, the gantry structure can also be divided into full-gantry, semi-gantry and other forms.
Operating mechanism: The container gantry crane includes trolley operating mechanism and trolley operating mechanism. The trolley operating mechanism is responsible for moving on the track, and the trolley operating mechanism is responsible for horizontal movement on the bridge. Product Process
According to customer needs and site conditions, we carry out structural design, strength calculation, control system design, etc. We select high-quality raw materials such as steel and electrical components. We use large CNC cutting machines, welding robots and other equipment to ensure the accuracy and quality of the steel structure. We assemble the various components into a complete container gantry crane and conduct an appearance inspection. We conduct no-load and load tests, debug the control system, and ensure that the equipment runs smoothly and reliably. The customer or a third-party inspection agency will conduct acceptance and issue an inspection report.
