Double girder overhead crane is a kind of lifting equipment commonly used in modern industrial production. It has the characteristics of large lifting capacity, large span and stable operation. Its installation process is relatively complicated and involves multiple links.
Bridge Assembly
-Place the single beams on both sides of the double girder eot crane in appropriate positions on the ground, and check its parts to prevent falling objects from causing injuries during lifting.
-Use the crane in the workshop to lift the single beam on the main walkway side to an appropriate height, and then support the bridge with a steel frame to install the control room.
-Lift the short beam connected to the trolley on the ground with a crane and install it horizontally on the conductive side end beam. Lift the beam to a position slightly higher than the installed track, then rotate the bridge to align the wheels with the track, lower the bridge, and use hardwood blocks and a level ruler to level the bridge.
-Lift the single beam on the other side and slowly place it on the track, while approaching the other single beam, using the end beam bolt hole or through-shaft and stop plate as the positioning reference, and assemble the double girder eot crane according to the crane installation connection part number.
Installation of Trolley Running Mechanism
-Assemble the parts of the trolley running mechanism according to the drawing requirements of the double beam bridge crane, including motors, reducers, brakes, etc.
-Install the assembled trolley running mechanism at the bottom of the bridge frame to ensure that the running mechanism is firmly connected to the bridge frame.
-Adjust the position of the trolley running mechanism so that it is parallel to the track, and then fix it with bolts.
Assembly of Trolley
-Use the crane in the workshop to assemble the two trolley frames on the ground, and tighten and secure them with the marked connecting plates and fastening bolts according to standard requirements.
-Lift the trolley frame onto the bridge frame, ensuring that the trolley frame is parallel to the bridge frame crossbeam.
-Install the parts of the trolley running mechanism onto the trolley frame, including motors, reducers, brakes, etc.
Electrical Equipment Installation
Lay power lines, control lines and other cables on the bridge according to the electrical drawings. Install electrical equipment (such as controllers, contactors, relays, etc.) at designated locations on the bridge. Connect power lines, control lines and other cables to ensure the normal operation of the electrical equipment of the double beam bridge crane.
