Our boat gantry crane has a simple and sturdy structure, mainly composed of a gantry frame, a lifting mechanism, steering system, wheel set, hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system.
The main metal structure is a U-shaped gantry frame, which is easy to carry ships of different shapes and tonnages. The 150 ton travel lift is capable of handling ships whose height exceeds the crane itself. The main beam and the end beam are articulated to eliminate the structural stress caused when traveling on uneven ground.
Both the lifting and traveling mechanisms adopt a hydraulic transmission system, which has smooth movement, fast response, small inertia and easy operation.
The lifting mechanism allows multiple lifting points to be adjusted to meet different hull configurations and ensure synchronous lifting. The mobile boat lift can also effectively disperse the force acting on the hull. We also use soft and strong slings to evenly pull the ship without damaging its surface.
There are multiple options for the steering system, such as fixed-axis steering, 90-degree steering, to meet different working conditions. With a flexible steering system, our marine mobile lift can work properly even in very narrow spaces.
There are two options for operation methods, including remote control and cab. Remote control is a cost-effective solution found in most marine gantry cranes, while cab control is more commonly used in large tonnage marine cranes, such as 200 tons and above.
