Longitudinal movement of the gantry: The entire factory gantry crane is mounted on two legs, which are supported by wheels and can move along the ground track. Through the drive system, the gantry crane can move smoothly forward and backward on the track to cover a larger range of working areas.
Lifting mechanism: The lifting mechanism drives the wire rope or chain through an electric motor to lift and lower. The lifting device is installed on the trolley to control the lifting speed and height of the objects. The lifting force and speed are precisely adjusted by a frequency converter or similar control system to ensure stability and safety when lifting heavy objects.
Electrical control system: All movements of the 20 ton gantry crane are operated by an electrical control system, which usually includes two modes: remote control and cab. Modern cranes use PLC control systems to implement complex operating instructions through integrated circuit boards.
Safety devices: In order to ensure safe operation, the 20 ton gantry crane is equipped with a variety of safety devices.
