ISO Approved Workshop Single Girder EOT Overhead Crane

Post time: Oct-15-2024

The single girder overhead travelling crane lifts safe working loads to 16,000 kg. The crane bridge girders are adapted individually to the ceiling construction with different connection variants. This allows optimum utilisation of space. The lifting height can be increased further by using a cantilever crab with extremely low headroom or a chain hoist in extra short headroom trolley design. In their standard version all bridge cranes are equipped with festoon cable power supply line along the crane bridge and with control pendants. Radio control is possible on request.

Single girder overhead cranes, also known as bridge cranes or electric single girder eot (EOT) cranes, are essential in modern industries. These versatile machines are designed to handle a variety of loads and facilitate the movement of materials and goods with minimal manual labor.

Bridge Girder: The primary horizontal beam that spans the width of the working area. The bridge girder supports the trolley and hoist and is responsible for carrying the load.

End Trucks: These components are mounted at each end of the single girder eot crane, enabling the crane to travel along the runway beams.

Runway Beams: The parallel beams of the 10 ton overhead crane that support the entire crane structure, providing a smooth surface for the end trucks to move along.

Hoist: The mechanism that lifts and lowers the load, consisting of a motor, gearbox, and drum or chain with a hook or other lifting attachment.

Trolley: The unit that houses the hoist and moves horizontally along the bridge girder to position the load.

Controls: The remote control or pendant station that allows an operator to maneuver the 10 ton overhead crane, hoist, and trolley.
