It is strictly prohibited to use gantry cranes beyond the specifications. Drivers should not operate them under the following circumstances:
1. Overloading or objects with unclear weight are not allowed to be lifted.
2. The signal is unclear and the light is dark, making it difficult to see clearly.
3. Whether the safety equipment of the crane fails, the mechanical equipment makes abnormal noise, or the crane fails to lift due to malfunction.
4. The wire rope was not inspected, bundled, or hung securely or unbalanced that month and may slip and fail to hang.
5. Do not lift heavy objects without adding padding between the edges and corners of the steel wire rope.
6. Do not lift the object to be lifted if there are people or floating objects on it (except for special maintenance hoists carrying people).
7. Hang heavy objects directly for processing, and hang them diagonally instead of hanging them.
8. Do not lift in bad weather (strong wind/heavy rain/fog) or other dangerous situations.
9. Objects buried underground should not be lifted if their condition is unknown.
10. The working area is dark and it is impossible to clearly see the area and the objects being hoisted, and the command signal is not hoisted.
Drivers should comply with the following requirements during operation:
1. Do not use the extreme position limit switch for work parking purposes
2. Do not adjust the lifting and luffing mechanism brakes under load.
3. When lifting, no one is allowed to pass above, and no one is allowed to stand under the crane arm.
4. No inspection or repair is allowed while the crane is working.
5. For heavy objects close to the rated load, the brakes should be checked first, and then tested at a small height and short stroke before operating smoothly.
6. Reverse driving movements are prohibited.
7. After the crane has been renovated, overhauled, or an accident or damage has occurred, the crane must pass the inspection of the special equipment inspection agency and be inspected before it can be reported for use.
